If you can log in, but can't see our trade prices
This means your trade account hasn't been verified (yet) by our sales team. If it's more than 24 hours since you applied for an online trade account, please email us at email@example.com (or phone our office at +44(0)151 525 0343) and we'll be happy to help.
If you get an error message saying "Your account has been suspended"
Please alert our sales team by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org (or phone our office at +44(0)151 525 0343) and we'll be happy to help.
If you get an error message saying "The e-mail address and password you entered do not match any accounts on record."
Use the "Forgot your password? Click to reset" or "New Customer? Create New Account" links on the form.
