This means your trade account hasn't been verified (yet) by our sales team. If it's more than 24 hours since you applied for an online trade account, please email us at email@example.com (or phone our office at +44(0)151 525 0343) and we'll be happy to help.
"Your account has been suspended"
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or phone our office at +44(0)151 525 0343)...
and we'll be happy to help.
"Your e-mail address and password don't match any accounts on record"
Use the "Forgot your password? Click to reset" or
"New Customer? Create New Account" links on the form.
